Proverbs 3:5 NASB

It made absolutely no sense. Think about it. If you want to take over the world, inhabit the hearts, minds and lives of every human being from that point forward, do you start by coming as a child of a low-income family on the back side of the desert? No, you come as the child of a king or the son of a military leader. You come into a home that immediately bestows rank, power, wealth, and significance on you before you lift a finger. You launch from a position that assures you of the maximum chance for success. That’s what I would do if I were God and wanted to redeem my creation to myself. That is why I would make a lousy god. And besides, the One we have did not seek my advice before literally flipping the world upside down. As we begin to see signs everywhere reminding us that Jesus was born, lived, died, and rose to deliver His creation, let’s be reminded that, in His sovereignty, our story is in good hands. Today, relax in that truth and trust in Him.

“For as the heavens are higher than the earth, so are My ways higher than your ways, and My thoughts than your thoughts.” God (Isaiah 55:9)
