Love is not just emotionally powerful; it truly has a transformative power about it. It heals broken relationships and broken people. The ability that love has to lift a life out of despair and place it on a road to health and power is an awesome thing to observe. Love in action is a look at God Himself moving. First, love hides and does not expose transgressions done to oneself; it forgives and forgets all sins. That is only accomplished supernaturally. Jesus declared Himself to be Love. Not just loving but He states that He is Love. John tells us that God is Love. When we love we are as much a reflection of God as we can ever be. The Talmud pronounces, “To love a thing makes the eye blind, the ear deaf,” and Arab tradition says, “Love is the companion of blindness.” Love truly does win every encounter it has and will change the planet one life at a time. Today, love where it’s hard and watch God work miracles.
