Proverbs 26:11 NASB

I was on a group call this week with a university president and the former president of a seminary. I was awed by the conversation as they discussed how our institutions of higher learning were going to be forever changed by the current pandemic. One prediction was that as much as 20% of the student body would not return in the fall due to their new-found freedom in online classes and all they offer. The other changes discussed were even more revolutionary sounding. We are all in a position to make major changes moving forward as God has revealed many things about us corporately and individually through these extraordinary times. We all have much to learn; under fire is one of the hardest yet clearest times to learn what God will teach us. The tragedy would be to waste this time, miss the work God wants to do in us and in His people and return to our old tired behavior and patterns. If that happens we will miss great opportunities in the world but even more in His kingdom. Today, allow Him to change you during this time, and when it passes, keep learning and growing. #BeTheEdge

“Behold, I am doing a new thing; now it springs forth, do you not perceive it? I will make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the desert.” Is. 43:19-21 NASB
