When my kids were young, they spent a couple of years at a Christian school. Part of the attraction was that they taught every subject, from science to P.E., as a reflection of our Creator. They taught math with a foundational understanding that it reflected the organized nature of God and His creation. In the same way that 2 + 2 will always equal 4, God—and who He is, was, and will be—will never change or vary in the slightest. Scripture is clear from Genesis 1:1 through Revelation 22:21 that He is who He is, and everything that exists was made by Him. A key truth in this verse is the importance of transparency and honesty in all of our interactions, especially in business. As the Creator of the standards, He expects His people to live and operate by them. It is a reflection on the Creator when someone hides, deceives, or cheats another. When we carry His name, we choose to live unflinchingly by His standards. In a world that puts itself first, it stands out to those who are watching when we live differently, and it reflects well on our Savior. Today, live as a clear reflection of your Savior. #BeTheEdge
