“My son, if your heart is wise, then my heart will be glad indeed;”
I just read where every parent brings a child into the world with a certain amount of fear. Until we see how their personality and characteristics were designed by their creator a wise parent is very observant of their child’s responses and talents. In the end there is nothing that will bless a parents heart more than seeing wisdom growing in their child’s life. Only Satan loses when we live with Godly wisdom as our guide. In the same way our Heavenly Father is blessed and celebrates us, as His children, living wisely. We reflect the best of Him and His kingdom as we reflect His infallible wisdom in a lost, broken, dark and hurting world. Wise people are very attractive to those they encounter unless the other person is up to evil. I love seeking counsel from naturally wise men and women. They are easy to hear from and I walk away with a pleasant joy knowing I have gained wisdom and insight by listening to them. It’s heartbreaking to watch a child turn away from God. We watch in pain as their choices exhibit unwise and destructive thinking. In the same way we are blessed watching them live wisely. So is our Heavenly Father. Today seek out the wise and bless others by living out His wisdom. #BeTheEdge
