Proverbs 4:17 NIV

“They eat the bread of wickedness and drink the wine of violence.”

This is the person we would refer to as blood thirsty. They only find satisfaction in the pain and suffering of others, especially when they can cause it. And they never get enough. It is truly hard for me to conceive of such a person. I know they exist. Satan is surely this way. His devotees are as well. But, there are others who were terribly broken in their journey and have moved into a darker and darker place. The result is they want others to suffer like they do, even worse. They take a perverted pleasure in it. There is another category of this person who feels better about their sin if they can drag others into it with them. They are the more dangerous of the two. They can appear as friends, even believe they are. They will offer access to their sin to get you hooked or dependent physically or spiritually with them as they delve into it.  Be especially careful and on the watch for them. They will make you feel guilty for not joining them. They are guilty. Today avoid these people and walk in the light, truth and kindness of God. #BeTheEdge
