“bestowing a rich inheritance on those who love me and making their treasuries full.”
Solomon frequently shares about living a life guided by God’s wisdom. It actually makes for a fascinating and very encouraging study. One of my favorite promises of living that way is that we will walk through life securely and without stumbling. Those who know me know the “without stumbling” part is a real plus in my journey. More than physically the promise of not stumbling spiritually is even more exciting. Those walking in His wisdom also find Him to be a shield as He guards our path and watches over our journey. I could go on and on. Suffice it to say that the inheritance and fullness of riches Solomon talks of in this verse is amazing to ponder
but also goes well beyond our comprehension. We will not fully grasp what is promised here until we step into eternity with Him. However an amazing reality of this truth is that we don’t have to wait until we are in heaven to begin and continue walking in our inheritance and riches. This verse goes well beyond dollars and sense. It speaks of eternity living in and through us today. Paul tells us that the same power that God exhibited when He raised Jesus from the dead is now living in is and available to access by God’s followers as we walk in His wisdom. How can that not excite us? Today walk in God’s wisdom and enjoy His great gifts. #BeTheEdge
