“For your ways are in full view of the Lord, and he examines all your paths.”
That sounds a bit ominous but for God’s followers it should be encouraging. My grandkids are probably experts about what’s allowed on the Keto diet. When we are together and I start to get something that is not on the diet one of them will quietly say, “that’s not on your diet”. Sometimes I ask for something just to hear their little voices tell me that. I love knowing they are looking out for their grandad. It is a fun reminder of their gentle love and concern for me. God looks out for us as well. Often when I am tempted to make a wrong spiritual decision I will hear that still small voice of His Spirit whisper, “that’s not who you are Kevin”. Like with the littles I don’t always want to hear that but I am always reminded of the the love and concern He has for me. It also reminds me that I was saved for better things. In this verse God is letting the wicked know as well that their deeds do not escape His view and that they may deceive His followers at times but He is never fooled. He knows their purpose and He is ready to intercede on behalf of His children and will protect them. Today take comfort in the knowledge that your Heavenly Father knows and sees all. #BeTheEdge
